Um, I’d definitely knock out the “verbal” part of this one.  That implies that nonverbal people can’t consent, and that’s DEFINITELY wrong.  A person needs to be able to communicate with their partner their consent, but it does NOT have to be verbal.
I also feel a little iffy about enthusiastic, too, because of how overwhelming emotions/sensory stuff can be for me.
