Ace Secrets: Sexually Active Asexual
I am a sexually active asexual and I believe that I should be welcomed into the community just the same. Sexual orientation is who you are sexually attracted to- not your sexual activity. I could live without sex. I don’t think about sex. I don’t look at people and want to “tap them.” But, I am in a relationship with a remarkable, loving, genuine sexual women and I enjoy it.
On the other hand if I happened to end up with another Ace that wasn’t into sex, I would be totally fine with that. Sex is not the primary way I connect, but it can be one way I connect.
If you’re not into sex, cool. Go with that and don’t let anyone push you into it. Stay true to yourself. As I am staying true to myself.. Accept all Aces!
